PROJECT DETAILS:
Scope:
The project includes the tear-off and replacement of the roof on buildings 500 and 600, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work associated with the reroofing work, and related site work. This project is a Lease-Lease Back project which means skilled and trained is required in addition to Prevailing Wage/DIR requirements. All work to be completed to industry standards and best practices. Further details available in specs.
Plans & Specs are available electronically from be@edwardscongroup.com. All bids and material quotes must be per plans and specifications. All bids are required to be received in our office through our e-mail or fax number at least 1-2 business days before Bid Due Date so that we have ample time to fill out the required bid forms for the owner.
