Scope: 

The project includes the the site work for the installation of one (1) new [AMS] 40’ x 48’ modular relocatable (A-5) building along with electrical, power and communications systems at Calavera Hills Elementary School. Ancillary site work includes accessibility upgrades to occur at boys and girls restrooms, staff restroom, path of travel improvements and parking stall modifications. All work to be completed to industry standards and best practices. Plans & Specs are available electronically from be@edwardscongroup.com. All bids and material quotes must be per plans and specifications. All bids are required to be received in our office through our e-mail or fax number at least 1-2 business days before Bid Due Date so that we have ample time to fill out the required bid forms for the owner.
