is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide Base Bid: Replace existing (3) furnaces with new furnaces on new stands as shown on drawings and connect the existing ductwork with controls. Add/Alt. #1: Replace the existing (4) Unit heaters with new unit heaters as shown on drawings. Support the units and connect all the utilities (gas, flues etc). Utilize existing flue penetrations. Add/Alt. #2: Replace the existing (1) furnace with new furnaces on new stands as shown on drawings and connect the existing ductwork with controls. Add/Alt. #3: Replace the existing (6) furnaces with new furnaces on new stands as shown on drawings and connect the existing ductwork with controls. Install new condensing unit and cooling coil for unit 5 and make all the units operational.
