Psomas requests qualifications from qualified DBE/SBE/DVBE firms interested in providing right-of-way engineering and surveying support services for California High-Speed Rial Right-of-Way Engineering and Surveying Support Services to include, but not be limited to, providing personnel and expertise to prepare ROW appraisal maps, legal descriptions, surveys, staking, monumentation, and exhibits to support ROW acquisition. The anticipated timeline for the services will be from the award in May 2023. The Scope of Services, as provided in the RFQ, may be provided upon request. Upon request, Psomas will provide information regarding the consultant’s procurement of bonds, lines of credit, equipment, and/or insurance. This RFQ shall not obligate Psomas to contract with, or reimburse costs to respond hereto.
