Project Description: 

Lease-Lease-Back project delivery. Seeking sub vendors and trade partners for the Increment 01 Interim Housing Phase of the Mariemont Elementary School Project. Increment 02 is the phased modernization of the remaining campus that will look to bid Q3 of 2023.

The Increment 01 Interim Housing scope of work includes but not limited to sitework, hard demo, landscape/irrigation modifications, underground utilities, concrete/asphalt paving, underground electrical, fire alarm.

Seeking qualified DVBE, SBE, MBE, WBE, etc. Subs/Vendors/Trade Partners.

Project is prevailing wage. Certified Payroll will be required. Skilled + Trained Workforce is required and will be monitored as well.
