Project Description: 

The work to be done consists of two interrelated efforts, Well Construction and Well Equipping.  Well Construction Phase: The work to be done consists, in general, of furnishing all plans, labor, equipment, appliances, and materials in addition to performing all operations in connection with the drilling, construction, development and testing of Mile Square Park Well (the Work). County intends to use the Mile Square Park Well, with a target pumping rate of 800 gallons per minute (gpm), as an irrigation well for park irrigation.  Well Equipping Phase: The work to be done consists, in general, of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and all operations in connection with equipping the Mile Square Park Irrigation Well, after completion of the well construction and testing operations (Sections 18 through 46).  

For bidding purposes, the total depth of the new irrigation well will be 300 feet. The final design for the well will be based on analysis of the lithologic logs and geophysical logs collected during drilling of the pilot borehole.
