“Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company (If required).”

Any bid listing subcontractors holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 licenses who have not been prequalified shall be deemed nonresponsive. Refer to Specification Section 00 21 13.2 – Pre-qualified Contractor List (see attached PQ list dated 10/6/22)

a.             All prequalified GC's must be prequalified for the amounts below;

i.              General Contractor - $10,000,000

ii.             Electrical Subcontractor - $1,500,000

iii.            Mechanical Subcontractor- $1,500,000

iv.            Fire Protection Subcontractor - $250,000

v.             Plumbing Subcontractor - $500,000

vi.            Any other subcontractors that are first tier, MEP subs must be prequalified for the amount of their bid to the GC, or more.

b. All GC's must list a prequalified first tier subcontractor for the licenses listed in the Instructions to Bidders.
