This is a CM Multi-Prime project. Successful bidders will be required to enter into a contact agreement with the District which will all be coordinated through the Construction Manager. Payment and performance bonds will be required. Insurance certificates will require the contactor to list the District, Construction Manager, and Architect as additional insured, with the Construction Manager as the certificate holder.
