Beals Martin is signatory to the Laborers, Operating Engineers and Carpenters Unions.

Contractors and subcontractors on ALL public works projects will be required to submit certified payroll records (CPRs) electronically to DIR as the project progresses.

Interested subcontractors must submit sealed bids   BEFORE 1PM THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 15th, to Beals Martin Inc., 2596 Bay Road, Redwood City, CA 94063. Bids will be received via fax at 650-367-7645 or email  bids@bealsmartin.com, but each subcontractor is  responsible to ensure that the bid is received by Beals Martin, Inc.,  prior to the above time and date.
