is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide active transportation design, stormwater quality design, stakeholder engagement, and geotechnical services. StreetsLA intends to utilize a consulting firm to provide engineering support services for the Project Approval and Environmental Document (PA&ED) Phase of the Mission Mile Sepulveda Project. Engineering services include, but are not limited to: evaluation of existing conditions and prior documentation; the preparation and approval of environmental evaluations as required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); conducting community engagement; engineering survey including right-of-way evaluation; identification of existing underground and overhead facilities; coordination with utilities; and assistance in the preparation of E-76 approvals per the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual.
