This is a public works project subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (the “DIR”) with regards to prevailing wage rates and certified payroll recordkeeping.
Beals Martin is signatory to the Laborers, Operating Engineers and Carpenters Unions.
Contractors and subcontractors on ALL public works projects will be required to submit certified payroll records (CPRs) electronically to DIR as the project progresses
