Harris & Associates is requesting qualifications from qualified and certified DBE, MBE, and/or WBE firms interested in providing services related to the City of San Diego’s Design of Storm Water Pump Station D Component Upgrade (H2226043).
We are seeking DBE firms who can provide the following scope of work: structural engineering; electrical engineering; instrumentation and controls engineering; planning and assistance for pump station startup and testing; pump station wet well physical modeling; hydraulic transient analysis of outfall; 66-inch outfall condition assessment; topographic surveying; geotechnical engineering; utility locating (scanning and potholing); historical resources; environmental permitting for Diesel Standby Generator; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan; and landscape architect services.
Interested firms must respond by Friday September 30, 2022 t o allow time for evaluation. The RFP deadline is October 19, 2022.
