SCOPE:

Base Bid: Installation of two pickleball courts, one basketball court, exercise stations, bioswale and treatment basin; this does not limit to the installation of sidewalks, stairs, post-tension slab, site furnishings, lighting, structural fencing, vegetation, and irrigation.

Additive 1: Transplanting of the Torrey pine trees.

Additive 2: Removal of bottom stabilization.

Additive 3: Dog park area, including but not limited to installation of decomposed granite, drinking fountain and water line, site furnishings, lighting, fencing and gates, tree well, ramp and sidewalk, vegetation, and irrigation.

Additive 4: T-ball field area, including but not limited to installation of site furnishings, lighting, fencing, vegetation, and irrigation

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All
subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for
the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
