PROJECT DETAILS:
This is a CM @ Risk project, all successful contractors will be required to enter into a contract with the Owner and sign a trade re-assignment agreement transfering the contract to Colombo Construction. You will be required to provide insurance listing the Owner, CM, and Architect as additional insured; and dual obligee payment/performance bonds.
