All items of work are available, including (but not limited to) the following suggested items: Lead Compliance Plan; ADL Burial Location Report; SWPP Plan and Annual Report; Construction Area Signs; Roadside Signs; Traffic Control; Barricades; PCMS Boards; End of Queu System items; K Railing; Crash Cushions; Erosion Control; Fiber Rolls; Sediment Barrier; Hydroseeding; Compost; Planting items; Soil Amendment & Fertilizer; Wood Mulch; All Irrigation items; Clearing & Grubbing; Tree Removal; Sawcut Asphalt; Subgrade Enhancement Geogrid; Lean Concrete Base; Concrete Pumping; Concrete Retaining Wall; Concrete Surface Texture; Rebar; Rock Slope Protection; RSP Fabric; Chain Link Fencing; Object Markers; Guardrail System, all items; Tack Coat; Striping & Marking, including Removals; Electrical/Lighting Modifications; Trucking; ADL Trucking; Equipment Rental; Street Sweeping; Jobsite Sanitation Rental. After doing so, please go to the project page above to download plans. Prior to download, you will also need to agree to their Non-Disclosure terms. REQUIREMENTS: 

Granite Construction Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions.  

100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite Construction will assist with bonding costs for subcontractors. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license and current DIR number.
