Harris & Associates is requesting qualifications from qualified and certified San Francisco LBE firms interested in providing services related to the City and County of San Francisco’s Financial Consultation Services contract (Sourcing Event ID 0000005931).

Scope of work includes:

• Estimating: Prepare independent Engineers Estimates for proposed construction projects.
• Change order management: Review and analyze proposed change orders. Track and manage the change order database.
• Closeout assistance: Review any outstanding partial payments to determine merit.
• Data entry: General assistance with data entry tasks.

Interested firms must respond by Thursday, June 23, 2022.

Interested firms may respond by submitting your statement of qualifications (include firm profile, relevant local experience, and resumes) and proof of LBE certification via email to bizdev@weareharris.com. The selected firm(s) must be able to certify that they are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any government agency.

The related City/County RFQ is available upon request.

Upon request, Harris & Associates will assist in providing information regarding the subconsultant’s procurement of bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services. This RFQ shall not obligate Harris & Associates to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, responses hereto.
