We are accepting proposals from all trades/suppliers for work associated with Divisions 02 thru 33. Project consists of: Demolition of the entire existing Della Maggiore Building for the new construction of the Behavioral Health Services Center (BHSC) parking structure. Demolition scopes includes, but not limited to all above & below grade utilities, all surface materials such as concrete walks, asphalt paving, fence, landscaping, foundations, elevator system, other above, below grade structure.

 Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.

We are accepting sub/supplier pricing from all divisions 2 thru 33 listed in the contract specifications.
