Project Scope: The project consists of: Replacement of asphalt paving in the existing student parking lot and the basketball hardcourt areas. Work includes over-excavation and recompaction of soils, new parking lot layout, striping, speed bumps, signage, concrete islands and sidewalks, concrete wheel stops, lighting, and security cameras. The work will be completed in 3 phases, refer to project documents for additional information.

Interested DVBE subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to review the project plans, specifications, and applicable addenda and submit proposals for their respective trades. All subcontractors must possess the appropriate CSLB license, maintain active DIR registration where applicable, and comply with California prevailing wage requirements and applicable project requirements.

Please include all applicable labor, materials, equipment, delivery, insurance, bonding (if required), and other costs in your proposal. Identify all exclusions, qualifications, and proposed substitutions. Early submissions are encouraged to allow sufficient time for review and coordination prior to the District's bid deadline.
