PROJECT SCOPE: Rehabilitation of the existing student parking lot and basketball hardcourt areas, including demolition, earthwork, over-excavation and recompaction, asphalt paving, concrete improvements, pavement markings, signage, drainage, site lighting, surveillance cameras, fencing, and related site improvements.

IMPORTANT SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

• All subcontractors must maintain appropriate CSLB licensing and active DIR registration.
• The project is subject to the District's Project Labor Agreement and California prevailing wage requirements.
• Subcontractors in the designated prequalification classifications must complete District prequalification by October 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• Applicable CARB Certificates of Reported Compliance must be provided for bid submission.
• Subcontractors must include applicable PLA compliance costs, certified payroll requirements, insurance, and project-specific safety requirements in their proposals.
• Construction is divided into three phases, with each phase returned to school use before proceeding to the next.
• Asphalt striping subcontractors must account for temporary and permanent striping, multiple mobilizations, and after-hours/weekend work.
• Review all drawings, specifications, exhibits, and addenda before submitting pricing.

PRE-BID RFIs: October 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
