is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide subject matter expertise in business continuity, disaster recovery, and Information Technology (IT)/Operational Technology (OT) resilience planning to support a proposed engagement with Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) in California. The selected firm would provide technical expertise and support the development and review of project deliverables, including a Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and associated recovery procedures and playbooks. Responsibilities may include participating in client meetings and stakeholder workshops, supporting technical assessments and planning activities, developing exercise materials, and assisting with the in-person facilitation and evaluation of tabletop exercises. Experience supporting water/wastewater utilities, critical infrastructure organizations, and IT/OT disaster recovery planning is preferred.
