PROJECT DETAILS:

Conan Construction is soliciting subcontractor and supplier proposals for the Cuyamaca College Auto Lifts Replacement – B26.014 project for Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District.

The project generally consists of the phased renovation of the existing automotive technology facility and replacement/installation of vehicle lifts, including demolition and excavation; concrete and structural modifications; installation and anchorage of Owner-Furnished/Contractor-Installed (OFCI) vehicle lifts; electrical power and distribution modifications; plumbing modifications; architectural improvements; doors and hardware; flooring and coatings; interior and exterior painting; site improvements; paving; security system work; vehicle charging equipment; testing, commissioning, and all associated work necessary to provide complete and operational vehicle lift systems.

Work will be performed in phases within an active college facility and includes temporary barriers, dust control, protection of existing equipment, coordination around occupied classrooms, utility shutdown coordination, inspections, testing, commissioning, punch list, and final restoration.
