SCOPE OF WORK: Renovation of an existing automotive shop (Building K) to install 27 new automobile lifts (Hunter and Challenger units, owner-furnished/contractor-installed) in four phases with DSA sign-off required between phases. Work includes structural steel and equipment anchorage modifications, electrical upgrades (power, panelboards, and lift control conduit), interior and exterior painting/coatings, and pavement marking/striping.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
