For CGL coverage subcontractors shall provide coverage with a format least as broad as CG 20 38 04 13.  WCGI may assist with Bonds, Insurance & Credit if needed.  All Subcontractors are required to sign WCGI's standard Subcontract Agreement and provide Waiver of Subrogation. All subcontractors must be registered with the DIR  and be a certified DBE by the bid/proposal due date. Please submit your DBE Certification with the bid/proposal.
