The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: 

Restoration of decorative wall tiles at the entry portico of the school involving installation of wall tiles with mortar and grout, repair and patch of plaster and concrete wall finishes and application of elastomeric coating and sealants where applicable to match existing conditions.

The estimated construction cost is $200,000.00.

Subcontractors shall provide performance and payment bond if required.
