PROJECT DETAILS:
Project Scope: The work generally consists of the installation of approx.. 3800 LF of 8” CML&C and 2100 LF of 6” CML&C for the Knoll Park Phase and 3000 LF of 20” CML&C pressurized potable water pipeline for the Gum Tree Phase. The engineers estimate for this project is $5,250,000.
To ensure timely completion at bid time, please submit your bid to PK Mechanical via email at pkmech@gfestimating.com no later than four (4) hours prior to bid opening*.
PK Mechanical is willing to break out any portion of the work to encourage DBE subcontractor participation. Bonds will be required and PK Mechanical can provide assistance in obtaining equipment, supplies, materials, bonds, lines of credit, and / or insurance. PK Mechanical encourages joint ventures, consortiums, and teaming arrangements among DBE firms to maximize DBE participation opportunities. Plans and specs are available at no cost for review and may be obtained by contacting PK Mechanical via email.
