Gregg Drilling, LLC is soliciting quotes from certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) for the following project:

Gregg Drilling is seeking qualified DBE subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers for portions of the work including, but not limited to:

Geophysical logging and borehole surveys
Land surveying
Environmental laboratory testing and analytical services
Drill cuttings, drilling fluid, and groundwater transportation/disposal
Concrete vaults, wellhead improvements, and miscellaneous concrete
Traffic control
Material suppliers
Hauling and trucking services
Safety, environmental, and compliance support services
Any other applicable scopes of work associated with the project

The scope of work for this project consists of drilling, constructing, developing, equipping, and testing one nested groundwater monitoring well consisting of three separate 4-inch monitoring well casings installed within a single borehole to approximately 1,000 feet deep, including all labor, materials, equipment, permits, disposal, testing, instrumentation, and site restoration required for a complete operational monitoring well system.

California prevailing wage requirements
Buy America/Build America requirements where applicable
Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration requirements
Applicable insurance and licensing requirements
Project-specific safety and environmental requirements
Plans and Specifications

Plans and specifications are available for review through Gregg Drilling and the Inland Empire Utilities Agency PlanetBids system. Interested DBE firms are encouraged to request bid documents and scope information as early as possible.
