Bid documents may be examined and obtained at the Architect's office, 4320 West Mineral King Avenue, Visalia, CA 93291, 559-627-0530, Monday through Thursday between 8 am and 5 pm and Friday between 8 am and 12 pm or Dodge Data & Analytics, ConstructConnect, Tulare-Kings County Builders Exchange (Visalia) , the Central California Builders Exchange (Fresno), Kern County's Builders Exchange (Bakersfield), Builders Exchange of Stockton. They can also be reviewed at our office located, 2743 E. Shaw Ave. Ste.103 Fresno, CA 93710, by appointment only. Harris Development Corp. dba HBC Enterprises is requesting reasonable time prior to the bid dated, in order to fully evaluate quote. Subcontractors must possess a valid California Contractor's license, DIR Registration Number, and current insurance. Subcontractor's will be required to sign a standard subcontract agreement.
