PROJECT DETAILS:
We are pursuing the Magic Johnson Park Make Ready Project in Los Angeles, CA. Mandatory participation in the countywide Community Workforce Agreement is required of all subcontractors.

Subcontractors may be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
Project electronically bids July 27th. Please have proposals to me July 24th to allow time for processing.
