Toro Enterprises, Inc. is currently accepting applications for the following positions on the Cypress Place Phase II project located in Oxnard, CA:
This project is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. In accordance with Section 3, priority consideration for employment and training opportunities will be given to low-income and very low-income individuals residing in the project area, as well as Section 3 workers and Targeted Section 3 workers.
