SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of the District Services Complex relocation will include renovating the existing Cuyamaca Bldg. A (three (3) buildings) to relocate District staff from Grossmont College to Cuyamaca College. The project also includes the renovation of two (2) existing buildings, the B Annex trailers, to house District Facilities, Risk Management, and the Personnel Commissioning. The project will consist of new finishes, furniture, light fixtures, HVAC units, access controls, IT/AV upgrades, landscaping, exterior painting and site work. This is non-DSA work.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
