Scope: Design and construct removal of existing Trailer Mounted Electrodialysis Reversal (EDR), slab-mounted Membrane Filtration (MF), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) units at the South Bay Water Reclamation Plant (SBWRP). Replace entire EDR system with new slab-mounted MF and RO units to reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) of reclaimed water.
