PROJECT DETAILS:
The Project is generally described as, but not limited to:
Removal and disposal of two (2) existing rooftop air handling/heating units on the roof and all related electrical and mechanical items; installation of two (2) new rooftop air handling/heating units on the roof; all associated electrical, mechanical and miscellaneous related work to complete the installation; testing and commissioning of the new air handling/heating units to complete the project.
There is no hazardous materials abatement work in the project
The estimated construction value of the work is $350,000.
