Assistance is available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance or other technical information. 

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company (If required).”

Note: All bidders are responsible for reviewing the entire set of plans, specifications, contract documents and addenda’s prior to submitting your bid. All submitted Bids must contain the words “As per Plans and Specifications”.

NOTE: THIS IS A PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT AND IS SUBJECT TO PREVAILING WAGE RATES.
