SCOPE OF WORK: Construction of three separate wellhead treatment plants for the City of Garden Grove to remove Per- and Polyflouralkyl substances (PFAS) contaminants at the Well 22, 26, and 27 before distributing the treated drinking water to the City’s Customers. 

Filanc intends to seriously negotiate with qualified SBE/MBE/WBE for project participation, and will assist with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, bonding, credit lines, and insurance if needed.
