PROJECT DETAILS:
The Project is generally described as renovation of the existing lower
east and west play yards and miscellaneous improvements. Work shall include but not necessarily limited to:
1. Removal of the existing and construction of new asphalt paving.
2. Application of artificial turf, asphalt pavement resurfacing and color coating, and game line striping.
3. Removal of the existing and installation of the new play equipment and safety rubber matting in the upper west yard.
4. Construction of green infrastructure and landscape planters including planting and
irrigation systems.
5. Hazardous materials and lead paint abatement as described and specified in
Specification Section 00 31 26.
The Estimated construction value of the work is $1,400,000.00
