All qualified bidders will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Bid documents may be downloaded at no charge from the district's bidding portal, Procureware, at: https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home.  Bid documents are also available at Local Building Exchanges.  They can also be reviewed at our office located, 2743 E. Shaw Ave. Ste.103 Fresno, CA 93710, by appointment only. Harris Development Corp. dba HBC Enterprises is requesting reasonable time prior to the bid dated, in order to fully evaluate quote. Subcontractors must possess a valid California Contractor's license, DIR Registration Number,  and current insurance. Subcontractor's will be required to sign a standard subcontract agreement. This is a prevailing wage project and DBE project. Please contact our office if you are interested in this project. HBC will work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking to work on this project. All quotes must include a DIR number.
