CORE Construction along with Gateway Unified School District requests proposals from licensed subcontractors for the following Lease-Leaseback project:

Shasta Lake School – Admin & Classroom Building – Increment 1

Gateway Unified School District 

4411 Mountain Lakes Blvd
Redding, CA 96003

Scheduled bidding period 04/27/2026 – 05/21/2026

Increment 1 includes site preparation, grading and using underground utility work for increment 2 (new construction of a two-story administrative and classroom building. 

Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6*, each prospective MEP Contractor holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 licenses must be prequalified with Gateway Unified School District via: https://www.qualitybidders.com/users/sign_up.
