PROJECT DETAILS:
The project consists of the construction of (1) new ~6,750 square foot classroom wing, comprised of (6) ~925 square foot elementary school classroom spaces, (2) shared restrooms, (1) single-occupant restroom, an it/data room, and a p.e. office. site work will include demolition, grading for new building pad with minor flatwork modifications for accessible path of travel and new utility connections, and construction of a trellis shade structure. the project also includes fire alarm upgrades on buildings 10, 20, 50, 60, and 110.
