is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide BIDS FOR THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA FIRE STATION NO. 11 Scope of work to include: Construction of a new Fire Station No. 11 for the City of Chula Vista. The station is a 11,790 sq. ft building, with 3 Apparatus bays, 10 Dormitories, Kitchen, Dining, Restrooms, Day Room, Exercise Room, Offices, Workshop, Storage, EMS, Fire Control Room, Data Room, Electrical Room, and other supporting spaces. Type-v wood frame construction, concrete tile roof and SBS roof. The station is equipped with mechanical, plumbing, electrical system, vehicle exhaust removal system, station alerting system, fire alarm system, and NFPA 13 automatic fire sprinkler system. The associated site improvement includes access road, drive approaches, paving, parking, trash enclosure, site walls, fence, gates, flagpole, monument sign, parking light standards, transformer, emergency generator, hose drying rack, propane tank, sand-oil interceptor, fire hydrants, underground utilities, and landscape, on a 3.5-acre lot.
