PROJECT DETAILS:
The scope of work includes the compete remodel of existing rooms in Building 500 at Paso Robles
High School for conversion of the spaces to a Cosmetology Studio. Work includes Demolition, new
metal stud walls with gypsum board finish, new doors and frames, new acoustical ceiling system,
modifications to the existing HVAC system, new flooring finish and base, new finishes, new lighting
system, modifications to the electrical system, modifications to the fire alarm system, modifications
and new plumbing, roof patching, installation of owner furnished items.
