DESCRIPTION: Modular design, fabrication, delivery, installation ad utility tie in for all modular buildings 
required per Stacked increment 1 & 2 preliminary plans dated February 23, 2026. This scope includes but 
is not limited to all modular building interior finishes, casework, MEP, and modular building  exterior 
finishes, roofing/gutters/downspouts, MEP, doors, windows, and bldg. signage.

ALL ADDENDA MUST BE NOTED ON YOUR PROPOSAL TO BE VALID. 

SCHEDULE: Preconstruction to begin immediately  

• Ausonio Inc. is signatory to Carpenters Union. 
• This is a DSA Project and IT IS a prevailing wage project. Please qualify this on your proposal. 
• Skilled and Trained Workforce reporting will be required. Please see the Project Manual for 
detailed description, requirements, and forms. 
• All bidders performing labor on-site must be registered as a public works contractor. Please list the 
DIR registration number on all proposals.   
• By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding 
documents including addenda and that from their own investigation they have satisfied 
themselves as to the nature and location of the intended work. 
• Pricing is to be provided as per plans, specifications and addenda. No substitutions unless 
approved in advance. 
• Bids may not be modified or withdrawn by bidder after receipt. 
• Please review project manual for requirements. The
