PROJECT DETAILS:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: All labor, materials & equipment needed to complete
all scopes per plans and specifications, including but not limited to demo, over ex, concrete
foundation (weld plates provided by Class Leasing), concrete ramp and landing, electrical, low
voltage data/fire alarm and all associated site work for a fully functional building. Contractor
must remove all spoils generated from the site.
