* Perform minor demolition of existing improvements to prepare for the new work.

Plans and specifications are available for review at our San Lorenzo office or upon request. Quotes must be submitted at least 2 hours before bid opening so that all quotes may be equally evaluated.

By submitting a proposal, the bidder declares that they have carefully read through all the bidding documents and addendums, and that based on their own investigation, they are satisfied with the nature and location of the work.  Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract and must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in it.
