SKILLED AND TRAINED WORKFORCE:
Contractor and all Subcontractors of any tier must comply with the requirements set forth in Education Code section 17407.5, including providing an enforceable commitment that the Contractor and all Subcontractors of any tier will use a “Skilled and Trained Workforce” as defined in Education Code section 17407.5 (b)(3). Contractor and all Subcontractors are to carefully review all requirements set forth in Education Code section 17407.5 before entering into the Contract for the Project. Subcontractor shall submit Skilled and Trained Workforce Compliance Report with Progress Billings each month. Billings will not be accepted without Reporting. Skilled and Trained Workforce Requirements are for Prime Subcontractors only (1/2 of 1% of Total Contract).
