Work additionally includes improvements to underground water piping, addition of electric vehicle charging stations, site lighting, the upgrade of one primary SMUD electrical service, new steel shade structure, landscape upgrades, and the relocation and alteration of one 24’x40’ modular building including a pre-manufactured metal ramp.

DVBE participation of 3 percent of this contract is recommended.
All DVBE's must provide an Office of Small Business, Certification and Resource (OSBCR) letter with your quote.
This will be a prevailing wage job. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, DIR registration number, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
