All Subcontractors are required to acknowledge and meet the minimum insurance requirements set forth by the owner in the project plans, specifications and addenda. *All Subcontractors will be
responsible for any wage determination increases that may arise over the course of the project. *Ginno Construction relies on the price submitted in a subcontractor's proposal as an all-inclusive
price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. *Ginno Construction’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or
all of that subcontractor's conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor's bid proposal. *All Subcontractors must sign and abide by their contract with Ginno
Construction, Inc.*All Subcontractors with a bid that exceeds $500,000 must include a bid bond & performance bond as a separate line item cost.

*All subcontractors must have a active DIR # in order to submit a bid on this project.
*Highest Prevailing wage per DIR Locally or DOL.
*This project is subject to Disadvantaged Business & Section 3 HUD requirements.
*This project is subject to Build America Buy America Back requirements.
