We are accepting proposals from all trades/suppliers for work associated with Divisions 02 thru 33. Project consists of: A new four-story dormitory building, demolition of existing sand building, a new sand building, and rehabilitation of the existing generator building (demolition and replacement of the exterior wall and roof skin system, and demolition and replacement of the interior wall and roof skin system).

 Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
