PROJECT DETAILS:
Scope:
The project includes the construction of a new 13,977 SF Multi-Use Room building on the Orcutt Academy High School campus. The building will be composed of a gymnasium space with associated lobby, restrooms, locker rooms, additional classroom space, storage and stage. The exterior improvements include underground utilities, new parking lot, exterior concrete stage and other associated site work. All work to be completed to industry standards and best practices. Plans are available electronically from be@edwardscongroup.com. All bids and material quotes must be per plans and specifications. All bids are required to be received in our office through our e-mail or fax number at least 1-2 business days before Bid Due Date so that we have ample time to fill out the required bid forms for the owner.
