All labor, material and equipment required to provide and install all improvements indicated by the plans and specifications to include but not necessarily limited to; interior non-load bearing partitions, light fixtures, HVAC distribution including duct work / registers, plumbing, fixtures, electrical equipment, panels, wiring, pathway, receptacles, etc.
