The project will build a small building adjacent to the Classroom II Building where the Psychology faculty and administrative offices will be located allowing for collaboration and oversight of the center as well as quick access to the students in the program. The facility will include infant, toddler and preschool rooms along with adjacent observation rooms. The facility will include approximately 14,308 gross square feet (GSF), 9,300 ASF for 21.45 upper division lab FTES.

 Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.

We are accepting sub/supplier pricing from all divisions 2 thru 33 listed in the contract specifications.
